Our steps to keeping everyone safe
Our office policies and procedures have changed in response to COVID-19. It is our wish to provide you with as much information as possible before you return to our office. We are so excited to see you all soon! Here are ways we are keeping patients and staff safe.
Daily Employee Screening Procedures:
-Employee Screening Questionnaire completed each time the employee reports for duty
-Temperature taken and recorded daily upon arrival. Anyone with COVID symptoms, will be sent home and ask to immediately go to their physician to be tested. They will not report for duty until it is safe for them to do so.
Personal Protective Equipment Used in the office:
Dr. Pham was able to acquire sufficient amounts of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as recommended by the Centers for Disease and Prevention (CDC). Staff have been trained in the proper procedures for safety putting on and taking off PPE. All employees are tested for mask fitting so ideal fit is attained.
-Disposable gowns/ surgical gowns
-Faceshields
-Gloves
-Eye Protection
-N95 masks/ surgical masks ASTM level 1-3
Additional Safeguards in place:
-Virtual Waiting Room. To promote social distancing among patients, we are doing curbside check-ins. Patients will call office upon arrival. When staff is ready, patient will be called.
Upon entering, patient's temperature will be taken and hand sanitizer will be provided.
-Sneeze guards are installed at the front desk and check out desk.
-Professional UltraHepa filters are installed in every operatory and reception area.
-Infection Control is our top priority. We follow all CDC, OSHA, ADA, and MN Board of Dentistry guidelines.
We are doing everything we can to ensure your safety and the safety of our staff. We do ask that our patients wear a mask before entering the office.
