What to Expect on Your First Visit
When you arrive for your first visit, we'll assist you in filling out all insurance and health information forms that will enable us to start your dental treatment. You will be asked to complete several forms that will get you acquainted with our office.
If you'd like to make your checking-in process faster, you can complete and submit the forms through this website. Kindly fill the forms before scheduling your appointment.
Comprehensive Exam
Your initial exam will last for approximately an hour. We'll provide you with oral hygiene instructions as well as suggestions to help you care for your teeth. In most cases, we'll also clean your teeth on your first visit and provide you with an evaluation that will outline your existing dental problems and our proposed treatment approach.
Open Communication
