Get the Most Out of Your Insurance

At Hamline Family Dental, we're dedicated to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies differ from one another, we can only estimate your coverage to the best of our ability but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service.

As a service to you, we will bill insurance companies for our services and allow you 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you're responsible for the entire balance paid in full. If you have any other concerns, you can call us and our courteous staff will be happy to assist you.

Dedicated to Accommodating Your Needs

Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, which we'll inform you of before we begin your treatment. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express as well as offer financing options through Care Credit.

Charges are payable in full at the time of treatment. If you need any special arrangements, you can talk to our office manager before initiating the services.

Helping You in Every Way We Can

For your convenience, we'll submit all insurance claims for you. We will do our best to help you receive full insurance benefits. However, you're personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy hasn't paid within 30 days.
